- "Account" refers to a personal account registered on fbb7 through which a member can use the platform's services.
- "Wager" or "Bet" refers to funds placed from a member's account balance on any sport or casino game.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to additional funds credited by fbb7 for promotional purposes, which are withdrawable subject to meeting specified conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition specifying the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process conducted by fbb7 for security purposes.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
To use the fbb7 platform, a member must meet the following eligibility criteria. Only persons aged 21 or above are permitted to open an account on this platform. Registration or use of the platform by any minor is strictly prohibited.
- The member must be at least 21 years of age.
- Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
- The member must provide accurate and complete personal information. fbb7 reserves the right to terminate accounts registered with false or incorrect information.
- fbb7 may request documents or photo identification at any time to verify the information provided during registration.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
fbb7 verifies the identity of every member as a secure platform. Before processing a withdrawal request or when a specified limit is exceeded, the member may be required to submit the following documents:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of a bank account or mobile banking account
- Recent bank or mobile banking statement (if required)
Account Security
Each member is solely responsible for the security of their registered account on fbb7. Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
- The member is responsible for all activity on their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported to fbb7 immediately.
- Use a strong and unique password. Avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
- If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of your session.
- fbb7 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any such request may be fraudulent.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the fbb7 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
- The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500.
- Members must deposit only from a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawal requests may only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Applicable wagering requirements related to bonuses must be met before a withdrawal is approved.
- If a withdrawal is rejected for any reason, fbb7 will inform the member of the reason.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at fbb7 have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The bonus terms are as follows:
- The bonus amount equals the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
- A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time after accepting the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- fbb7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- The benefit of a specific promotion may not be claimed more than once per account.
- Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games or markets — see the details of each promotion.
- If evidence of a breach of promotional terms is found, fbb7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.
Betting Rules
fbb7 has specific rules for each section of sports betting, casino games, and live dealer. All betting activity is conducted on the principles of honesty and transparency.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless fbb7 decides to void it due to a technical error.
- In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, it will be settled according to fbb7's own rules.
- fbb7 reserves the right to void bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical errors, in which case the original stake will be refunded.
- Attempting to place a bet after the outcome of an event is known ("post-event betting") is a prohibited activity and such bets will be voided.
- fbb7 reserves the right to set a maximum bet limit for any member.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbb7 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and funds will be forfeited:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person or sharing an account's login credentials with others.
- Deliberately structured betting aimed at abusing the bonus system (e.g., attempting to meet bonus conditions through risk-free bets).
- Accessing the platform or placing bets through any software, bot, or automated method.
- Attempting to complete transactions using stolen or another person's payment details.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems or any form of hacking activity.
- Harassing other members, using abusive language, or any form of unethical behavior.
Limitation of Liability
fbb7 always strives to provide an uninterrupted and reliable service. However, there may be situations where service is disrupted, and fbb7's liability will be limited in the following matters:
- Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, technical errors, or disruption of third-party services.
- Service outages due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or government directives.
- Losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
- Any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the member.
fbb7 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. In the case of any dispute or claim, fbb7's maximum liability will be limited to the funds available in the member's account.
Privacy & Data Protection
fbb7 gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal data. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.
- A member's personal information will be used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations.
- fbb7 does not sell members' personal information to any third party.
- Information may be shared upon a valid request from legal authorities.

Responsible Gambling

Account Closure & Termination
11.1 Account Closure by Member
Any member may request to close their account at any time. Existing funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
11.2 Account Closure by fbb7
fbb7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
- If false information is provided during KYC verification.
- If there is evidence that an account is being operated by a minor.
- If account closure is required under the direction of legal authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, fbb7 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses. However, legitimate funds (subject to verification) will be returned where possible.
Changes to Terms
fbb7 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. The following policy will be followed when changes are made:
- Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through a platform notification.
- If a member continues to use the platform after the revised terms have been published, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be changed.
- If a member does not wish to accept the new terms, they may request to close their account.
